For those of you that are not old enough to recall that sorrowful day, it was on that date
that a mourning nation laid it 35th president, John F. Kennedy to rest. Shot from afar by
a disenfranchised mad man in the prime of his life, John was denied the opportunity to
set a course that may have been far different than the one that his successor, LBJ, carried out.
The iconic image of his 3 year old baby son giving a salute to the horse-drawn casket carrying
the body of his fallen father was both heart wrenching and indelible. Surely he was much too young
to understand the gravity of the moment. Leaders and heads of state from all over the world attended
and expressed their condolences to both is family and to a nation still in shock from the unfathomable
event that occurred 3 days prior. That date, November 22, 1963, along with July 4th, 1776, December 7th, 1941. June 6th, 1944, and September 11, 2001, are five dates that will forever live in our nation's history. RIP, Mr. John F. Kennedy.

Wonder who got the sheets off the Lincoln bed in the basement.

A Mr. Thomas E. Ricks, the author of this critique on JFK, is certainly a man who is not afraid to voice
his own opinions. While being interviewed by FOX REPORT WEEKEND, he went on
record by calling out President Trump, accusing him of being a criminal who should
be in prison. After listening a scant 90 seconds to his tirade, Ricks was hastily booted
off the set. Obviously he is not afraid to spit into the wind.

I was three when JFK was assassinated, so I don’t really recall. Knowing what I know now, LBJ was probably one of the biggest political f’ups in US History in my opinion. Blacks in America would surely be better off today without the “benefit” of his social programs. Having JFK stay alive for that reason alone would have been important.

Of course, JFK was no saint, but the killing of an American President makes the wrong statement to the world on the state of things in our country. An interesting side note is that many years later I came into possession of an old Carcano, the type rifle supposedly used by Oswald to kill JFK in Dallas. I’m not necessarily a conspiracy theorist, but if Oswald indeed scored a headshot on a moving target from long range with that piece of schit, he should be remembered as America’s greatest sniper, not Carlos Hathcock.

So many conspiracy theories have been floated over the years. "Castro got to him first", the mafia had him killed", etc. My own opinion is that Joe DiMaggio was behind it. He was really pissed off when he
learned that John and Bobby were tag-teaming his x-old lady and couldn't stand for that!

there's a great conspiracy theory from a ballistic expert that says there were two shooters. Oswald, and an unwitting secret service agent who accidently shot JFK in the head. When watching the documentary and hearing the evidence, it makes a lot of sense and checks a lot of boxes. Certainly two shooters just based on the ballistic evidence.

LBJ was indeed a piece of schit and he sure as hell ****ed Florida but can you imagine how crowded Central Florida would be today if he hadn't moved all the NASA crap to his beloved Houston?
