That's been their MO so far this season though, especially at QB. I've heard that they may be starting their freshman, who is probably an upgrade in that department. But still, hopefully we can create some turnovers from either one of them, and also keep the ball out of Malik Davis' hands. In fact, I'd just leave him home.
That is their MO, I just worry about Florida teams in cold weather. I get worried too when Davis runs inside. Hopefully ut will be normal ut and not play over their heads.

Just to expound on my dislike for these uniform changes, it’s not about me being some type of stick in the mud old man(though I may be in other aspects of life). But one of the great things about winning, and having a mental edge over someone or something is that the mere sight of you coming immediately evokes a memory of failure and defeat at your hands. I get that our runs over teams like uga, ut, Uk and even the noles were largely because we were just better. But there’s definitely something to be said about an opponent seeing a jersey and/or helmet and thinking they have no chance, especially when the game starts to get away from them. It’s why I don’t mind incorporating some of these themes against the Vanderbilt or cupcake types, where it really doesn’t matter. But why take away any preexisting edge and give the other team a fresh start feeling, as if a team other than the UF that has owned them, is standing across the field?

There isn’t a single player on that team, outside of a few RS Srs, that has ever tasted victory over the Gators. But the few that did in ‘16 likely remember one thing—it was the only time in the last 3 decades that we wore an alternate uniform against them. For nearly every other vol team since 1990, that script, and that traditional uniform(home or away) had spelled doom. Openly said or not, it makes them tremble. And rather than playing into that and utilizing its psychological advantage, we’re electing to throw it aside. It’s maddening to me, regardless of whether or not we ultimately need it.

Bro, its the volenqueers. This game hasn't mattered in...well i cant remember, but im sure it did some time.

Is this still considered a rivalry? In the last 15 years, they have beaten us the same number of times as Kentucky, Vanderbilt, and Georgia Southern.
Please don't remind me about Ga. Southern. I'm really trying to forget that actually happened.

Well, that’s an interesting take on the blue helmets

You seem to be looking for entirely unsolicited fights with me the past week. Is everything ok? I'm concerned.
You defended Grantham. That would have led to an unsolicited fight with any member I would think.

I did more than defend him. My entire post was tantamount to requesting a lifetime contract and statue in front of BHG. I think the guy is just terrific, and said as much.

You know, I stayed out of NV’s “Piss Off” thread out of respect. I could’ve easily hopped on the bandwagon and taken shots at your sweater, your cat, or the non-jingling bells. But I purposely didn’t because I thought we were friends.
