If DM goes to the Jets, I celebrate...... If we then hire TG, I turn in my Gator Card!

Muschamp a leading DC contender at Texas once again... damn, it never ceases to amaze me how some people can spend a lifetime rolling in sh*t, and still come up roses
One of life great lessons is that it isn't how good you, it's how good people think you are.
All I can say is I'm glad I'm not the one making the decision. Just look at Jeremy FOOLy. For years
he was heralded as the absolute best AD in the country. Then after the flop that was Will, and his insistence that he bring in old Fat boy Charlie Weis as Will's OC, Gator Nation was outside his house, howling like a pack of wolves and armed with mops, buckets of hot tar and bags full of feathers.

I'd be a Jets fan for life if they bailed us out like that.
Now that would be a real head-scratcher. Here is a guy who is just too dense to see the problem staring
him right in the face. I suspect that Dopey Dan is beginning to feel the heat building in his seat.

You want to know why Texass and UF are innthe spots we are in?

Hiring guys like Sarkhisian and Dorky Dan, and all the previous jokes, that is why.

So, the Big Three states in recruiting are Florida, Texas and California.

Has one football coach ever coached the flagship of two of these?

I understand that he has had issues in the past and will continue to address them. I do think he is responsible for some of the Bama success, but having superior players makes the success much easier. In the NFL you generally don't have so many superior players on your team thus success is more difficult over the long term. Perhaps Herman would be a replacement if we need a new coach?

No on Herman.

And here for me is the crux of the issue with Mullen. Of those who were interested in being courted he's clearly done the best in his class. Frost who was my first choice has faceplanted. Yes it is Nebraska, but he's been worse than his predecessors. UT's dumpster is still on fire. Morris is already fired as is Taggart.

Fleck? The guy is smart enough not to leave. He's basically got a job for life. Campbell I guess, but that guy seems to be hit and miss. He seems to win some he shouldn't but it seems to me that he also loses some he shouldn't. I'm not sure he's much of an upgrade except that he'd fire Grantham which may be worth it just so I can enjoy it for the day. I'm not enough of a recruitnik to know whether either of those guys has any recruiting ties in the southeast. I'd guess limited at best.

Who else is there that:
A: Wants the job?
B: Is not worse than Mullen/Grantham?

So Sark has THREE Heisman candidates, and he gets a huge job from that?

He also has about 100 movie credits to his name.
