Joe Bradey would be a solid "up and coming" hire, but I strongly doubt he has any interest in College Football. If UF decides to part ways with Mullen, you bet they will try to use that Show cause NCAA punishment to negotiate down buyout. That being said no way they hire Freeze, who has a lot of baggage, because that will look hypocritical.

I think we end up with another no name division 3 bottom feeder.

Here's a list of names being graded as hires on ESPN, granted it's ESPN but still, how does Dorky Dipschit Dan compare? Keep in mind, 5 of the 10 names below are black so there's got to be incentive to hire them and get some draft picks as well.

Eric Bieniemy (OC KC Chiefs)
Raheem Morris (Interim HC ATL Falcons)
Arthur Smith (OC Tenn. Titans)
Robert Saleh (DC SF 49ers)
Byron Leftwich (OC TB Bucs)
Greg Roman (OC Balt. Ravens)
Jim Harbaugh (HC U. Mich.)
Marvin Lews (Co-DC ASU)
Matt Eberflus (DC Indy Colts)
Brian Daboll (OC Buffalo Bills)

Jeebus some of those names are horrendous. Marvin Lewis is one of the worst coaches in history. Any team hiring him again as HC better be prepared to watch the fan base burn down the city.

In their defense, the NFL seems resigned to the fact that guys like Hamhock are just out of reach.

Greatness like that doesn’t grow on trees. And of course if it did, the tree would collapse under its own weight.

Thanks for the education Truth. But I'm not sure which Joe was really to blame for their great success. I might give more credit to Joe but it's any Joe's guess.
It is always the coach.

Burrow was Urban Meyers 3 1/2 string QB before.

Doc Holliday is available. He sure as hell would be a better DC than Fat Slob Todd.

The first time I saw this I thought you guys were joking.

I looked it up and you aren't. NFL

Except that it's the team that the minority coach gets hired away from that gets the compensatory picks.

Brady’s name has come up in relation to the openings with the Jags and Jets. The obstacle for him is his lack of experience and the struggles Carolina’s had this year punching the ball in. The Panthers rate in the middle of the pack in most offensive statistical areas, but near the bottom in scoring. He’s taken heat for his play calling in certain situations.

A college head coaching gig, esp at a high-profile place like Florida, could provide Brady with important CEO experience and help him prove to NFL teams he’s ready to handle the additional responsibilities that come with the position. Or maybe he falls in love with building a program he can call his own.

Brady himself is no stranger to Florida. He’s a native of Miami Lakes and earned a four-year letter at Everglades High. His knowledge of South Florida could prove important in recruiting.

It’s all speculation. I have no clue if he’d be receptive beyond the common logic I’ve tried applying here. You never know until you knock on someone’s door. It’d certainly be worth the effort.
