Just a matter of time before Meyer tells Stefon Diggs there are significant character issues in Buffalo locker room and he should sign with the Jags after they get their ass kicked in KC next week..

Here's an irrefutable fact for you. Career winning %:
Tell me again what Sabans record looks like in the NFL...ya know where ya don't get to grab the pick of the litter at places like UF and OSU....Not saying he's a bad coach but you're looking at 2 different universes between historically top five or 6 power programs and the NFL. See SOS, Saban, McKay and a few others and then the other side of the coin...Johnson, Carroll and Harbaugh for 2 or 3 years before ownership lost it's mind.....the difference....OWNERSHIP....plain and simple.
Maybe Ub's is a wizard who can fly through space but the reality is he just landed on the NFL's version of Ur-anus :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

If Saban had gotten Brees instead of Culpepper, he'd still be in the NFL today and never would have set foot in Tuscaloosa.

Now don't post in this thread again or you'll get a vacation.

Honestly speaking though I think Meyer would be good possibly very good GM in the NFL...but even the Hags could screw that up.

This very thread is proof that Urban is good for the Jags. The buzz is shockingly high from all my friends and family in Jax.

I havent watched a single NFL game in years. Not because of all the recent political posturing. Simply that I dont care.

But I’ll definitely tune in to watch the first few Jags games next year out of pure curiosity.

Wait...didn't JJ win super bowls with Troy Aikman and not with Dan Marino? The difference should be clear as day....OWNERSHIP.
Dan Marino was not in Jimmy Johnson's plans when he was hired at Miami. JJ shouldn't have been given total control at Miami which is something he obviously couldn't handle. He also never hid his feelings for Marino.

Brad is right again, Meyer will sell tickets and might even bring stability to the Hags. I hope London welcomes their new team.

On a personal note, I'm Honored to be recognized as the Best, at anything!

I've noticed Urbs has replaced best of the best with elite. Yeah he's going to sell tickets. Actually he's already selling tickets. Sales of season tickets this year are up by a gazillion. Trevor fever helped a little. Urbs sent sales into orbit, COVID or no COVID.

Possibly, but it doesn't matter. Meyer could probably win it all with Mike Glennon.
I'm with you. I think Meyer's gonna make it. I don't root for him but I also don't root for my ex girlfriends to move on and marry Brad Pitt.

@AdamSchefter: Jaguars' HC Urban Meyer is talking to former Falcons' HC Raheem Morris about becoming Jacksonville's defensive coordinator, per sources. The two sides have been in contract and continue to be, as Morris sifts through his opportunities.

@AlbertBreer: Jaguars defensive staff should be well-stocked. Charlie Strong and Chris Ash are coming aboard. Ravens DL coach Joe Cullen could join them with an elevated (run-game coordinator?) title. And Bob Sutton could be in play as well. Lots of experience and knowhow in that group.

Sutton I think rode dinosaurs as a child.

Pretty sure I saw him on a dinosaur back when I was riding them. I was older though.
