Malzahn and Herman would be huge upgrades for them. But in all fairness, getting an upgrade compared to their last 3 coaches shouldn't be that hard. I'm sure they'll find a way to screw it up. Butt-chuggers gonna butt-chug.

Fired for cause - no buyout.

See UF, you actually CAN do this. Kudos to UT for doing what was necessary.

If losing to a FCS/DII school isn't in our employment contract for UF coaches post-2013, then we need to fire the attorneys who draft those things, as by any objective measure, that *should* be cause for termination.

No excuses.

What exactly did Pruitt do to be fired with cause? I’m catching up here. Cliff notes anyone?

Recruiting violations...

Dan Patrick is saying it's bad but I guess we will see
I got the recruiting violations part but I guess there’s no specifics yet? Was he seen dropping off bags of cash?

He, like Smart, was a part of the Saban machine and learned the ropes there. Georgia is going to find out they don't have Bama immunity.

At least they got a national title to show for it...oh, wait...

Patrick said today that Tennessee was putting cash in McDonalds bags
and handing them out on recruiting visits. He again said the dwags got sloppy also but his source has no knowledge of an investigation of Georgia.

No way. The guy stinks of Tennessee hound dog now. Let him go stock shelves at Publix, which is what he's going to have to do now with no buyout.

I agree we don't want him but he has plenty of money unless he is stupid, and I bet a settlement will be made as well. So no Publix for him.
