Your recent music posts are sure similar to the playlists for KLOVE. A good thing.

Times like this draw me to a higher power...We had a P&W Session last Sunday Night...It was what I needed.

Ephesians 6:12
New King James Version

12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places...and this Administration.

I almost posted Roundabout from the same show---after 50 or so years, Jon Anderson's voice has not lost a thing. Incredible to maintain the same voice for so long.

Due to a Birthday Card my daughter got we have been listening to this a lot.

Funny how they did it first and was a big hit for them, but it doesn't matter--any and every time I hear this song, I don't think of the Isley Bros, but Otis Day and the Knights.;)

That's it when I see it, I visualize the scene from animal house... My wife visualizes the scene from wedding crashers

For whatever reason I had The Beatles on my mind today. Then I accidentally found this gem....a very, very cool video. The ending especially. Worth every 23 mins.

The icon that kinda started everything.

How high were they?

I was there and yet I wasn’t. We sat on a blanket next to a tree so far from the stage that it looked like a tiny blip of light way off in the distance. I don’t think we bothered to stay through the end; it had to rank as one of the more underwhelming concert experiences of my life. Big scale, modest impact. That was NYC.

But I was there along with 499,999 others packed in like sardines.

This is John Oates of Hall & Oates on vocals, plus 'Mr Casual' Charlie DeChant on Saxophone, with some of my old friends. One of these days I want to see some of John's car collection.
