You would be a Ferg fan. I'm not surprised. It's a little hypocritical of your left leaning "tolerant" views though, considering Ferg wishes injury and death on private citizens and civilians. Politician's are not Gods. They are public officals "elected" by the people and if someone deems them to be treasonous, no matter if it's true or not, that's their right.

Oh, and while I haven't known you to block anyone, aren't you the one that stayed away from the box and forums after Sas was banned, and only lurked? Talk about being a pussy.
:scoff3: taking a break from the hate is being a pussy? Then just call me honey pot Pete.............

This is what makes the great ones greater. The desire to compete. Jordan had it. Bird had it. Something inside them drove them personally and drove them to make their team mates better. Usually came across ass azzzholes often. I dont see that part in Brady. What most impressed me was an interview before the game where he said he was really excited about next year. I think he came to realize how much better they can be in year two with his understanding of the buc offense and playing with those players in that system. He has done it all and still wants to go. I mean, not many actually retire from a job they love at 43. Have to admire that. I keep thinking if he had a WR like that heisman winner to throw to. Not a huge nfl fan anymore. This is the only game I watched this year start to finish. Barely watched any others. But I can recognize greatness when I see it.

He’s in a good place for this point of his career. Warm weather, adoring fans, an accommodating media, a head coach who not only allows him to play but encourages him to coach. Brady could never have that in New England.

To the Bucs’ credit last night, they blocked beautifully. Brady standing upright, sizing up the field in a well formed pocket is a sight to behold. You KNOW something good is about to happen. He remains the most dangerous passer with a little bit of time and the game on the line.

Guys like Brady and Jordan live for the hardware and the personal challenge. They’re playing against themselves as much as the other team. They’ll go so far as to fabricate friction in their mind in order to motivate themselves. They’ve done everything there is to do. It’s them against them.

NO got their butts whooped.

GB got their butts whooped.

KC got their butts whooped.

Its pretty clear to see that Brady is the GOAT and that Tampa D is a beast.

Hey @G. Gordon Gator ... suck on your own wrong words.

Their defense was the best part of that team, at David or White should have won the Super Bowl MVP over Brady. The fact they held KC to less than 10 points is all you need to know.

The Bucs defense was the story much more than Brady. It was remarkable - Mahomes had never been held down like that in his entire career. These two teams played just a couple of months ago, and Tyreek Hill had 200 yards IN THE FIRST QUARTER. This time they held KC out of the end zone, even in garbage time. Incredible.

What the heck does that have to do with anything? Geesh. Mahomes is a friggin incredible QB and so far he seems like a great role model. Kudos to his mother for raising a great human being.
Having had the pleasure of meeting Mahomes I can tell you he is as friendly and professional as it gets.

Even in a loss the guy seems like class. And good lord, those scrambles and throws he made last night before getting tackled were incredible. It was obvious is toe had him slowed a bit but he still never really let JPP and company get to him. TB secondary played incredible!

:jerkit:

Rent-a-championship. Defiant sons Brady & Gronk showed up Daddy B, and Tampa B got a trophy out of it so good for them.

Typical hapless Tampa luck though - Stanley Cup then Super Bowl winners, the latter at home, no less....but it happens the worst year for it to happen, during a pandemic. Sad tuba music, womp wump waaaammp. :( Oh well. Back to mediocrity next year just like last time.
