There are 70,000 or so college football players, about 15 5* and 50 4*. (Edit: 30 5* and 200 4*, ish....By bad, inflation)

You do the math, corch, on which guys are more successful.

I will say this Corch has his calendar calibrated. just think this week we've had quite a few posts that "it's not Dildo's fault he loses bc Alabama, Ugly, Clemson and others get all the talent." technically those arguments are only to be used in October, November, December and the first week of January. By February NSD all pumpers are supposed to convert back to "we don't need no talent because Dan Mullen is a 3-star whisperer" mantra.

he's not number one on rivals. but all the others ranked above him or slightly below are either white guys with bangs or West coast kids. Right off the bat he's my favorite also.

This isn't UF or SEC, but Sarkisian is already doing work at Texas, landing a 5-star QB (I heard you need time to build relationships before you can land a 5-star?):

5-star QB from California:

Maalik Murphy, Junipero Serra, Pro-Style Quarterback

And as a bonus, Texas lands a homegrown ILB the same day:

Trevell Johnson, Martin, Inside Linebacker
