Tim's retirement will ease the pain for lot of people that just could not stand the thought of him succeeding. Maybe he will open another children's hospital.

Honestly the NFL has changed since Tebow left. He could be useful for a number of teams today that wouldn’t try to make him Peyton Manning, but a Taysom Hill type backup/utility for any number of teams.

He just has to be willing to work in the role instead of being a starting QB

Not really sure if TT has a head for coaching all the way to the HC level, but surely he could be a highly motivating position coach. Or a S&C coach at a minimum. If I was Corch Irvin Meyers, I think I might try lining him up at O-line coach.
