Emory is much better than the majority of the board gives him credit for . The only concern I have on O is the right side of the line . I expect poor safety play but hard to imagine it being much worse than last season . Grantham is good for at least One bust a game in league play. We have some good players on defense but as a whole the talent isn’t optimized because fat Todd is a pinhead . A very stubborn pinhead they never learns from mistakes .

I agree with you about Emery and the offensive line and that is why I just don’t see him being able to finish the season after running 10-15 times a game and getting sacked several times.

He’s not big enough to get clobbered

I agree with Marine1 EJ will play good but I think the play of AR coming off the bench could lead to him being the starter by years end.

We’ll see and of course you could be right . He has the athleticism to avoid the big shots when he’s running the ball. Often times with these dual threat guys when they tend to get injured is on passing plays like TT and Vick.

Emory Jones will get benched at some point for trying to make too many big plays for AR and AR will come in will be just as mediocre.

That's the prediction. Would looooove to be wrong

I’m not concerned about him getting hurt. The guys been playing tackle football all his life. He’s tougher than many give him credit for.

I am not sure toughness comes into play when a QB gets blasted in the pocket by a 300lb DT.

I hope the OL is better than I fear.

I think offensively we're in big trouble next season because Jones is not an accurate passer and the opposing D will try to punish him every time he runs the ball. Have not seen enough on Richardson but, if his first pass last season is any indication we're in for a long year offensively gents.

The OL will not improve under Hevesy

The following is based on a 12 game schedule and doesn’t include any potential bowl game or SECCG.

64%
2800 yards
20TD

550 rushing
7TD

Expect the offense to be around 430 YPG or so .
I expect us to have 3 or 4 guys with roughly 500 on the ground . I don’t want to see Davis taking carries over Wright or Bowman but am anticipating just that .Same with sorry Moon eating into snaps for Bogle on D.

we don’t have a slot receiver. Maybe Davis takes that role?

I'm not as worried about him getting hurt as everyone here either. He's shifty and knows how to get down. My biggest concern is him as a passer. This past year he seemed to try to force things when he got an opportunity to throw it.

GatorNation will be surprised by the emergence of the unleashed EJ being in total control of our offense. It will be an all-new execution. EJ along with his whole team will respond better than we can imagine. Now EJ is the driving wheel. Receivers are his receivers. They run his patterns to his timing rhythm. Everyone will acclimate to our new rhythm and improved execution by our RBs will enhance our running game. New ways to sustain TD drives should keep us as a prolific scoring team. We can only hope, at this point.

Mullen owes us a 10 win season or better. No losing to LSU or UGa or FSU.

Whittemore can do it and might even start . But yes Malik should be moved there as a backup . He touched the ball almost 100 times last season and didn’t find the end zone once . No reason he should be getting carries over any of the other backs

as long as Delance is getting snaps, the offense is going to struggle.

if Braun, White, Egauken, and Gouriage start - we will be okay. Maybe Delance can share time with Tarquin?

We’re apparently the first to know he sucks or the last to know he doesn’t.

You be the judge.

Google: College football’s best defensive coordinators. You’ll be unpleasantly surprised. The media loves this guy.
Hilarious. The fat ass got fired from Ugly for Third and Grantham. Not a god damn thing has changed.

You act like the $22k a year "journalist" opinions mean something.

Yeah, Im going to take advise from the likes of Fat Tooley or Bowl Cut and their ilk on anything in my life.

This thread isn't about our record, as defense continues to be the biggest question mark on the team until proven otherwise. The question is: how do you see Emory performing when given full reign of the offense? He's only been a situational change of pace QB up until now.

Ok. 50-80th ranked offense, as per 90% of Mullinz career. Lots of punts and about 21 points per game vs SEC, as always.

80-100th ranked defense.
