I’m not saying that Frank’s is a great QB or that he should be a starter in the NFL. I will say that he played pretty well last year against all SEC competition. He seems to have matured, played hard and Arkansas did much better than anyone expected. I would not be surprised if he has a long career as a backup.

It is no surprise that he was not drafted, after all there are plenty of Qbs in this draft, some experienced ones to get and many teams already have this position filled.

He might be a back up but even that would mean being on the right team.

In fairness, everyone’s defense in the SEC sucked last season, especially pass defense. Skyler Morninwood would’ve looked like Warren Moon against those pass defenses

The SEC pass defenses have sucked for a LONG time, but all the moronic coaches running neanderthal offenses who had never heard of the forward pass and couldnt exploit it.

Hell we have a guy who thinks it is impossible to pass if they are playing two safeties and he is considered a "radical" for the SEC group (save the hires from the last two years).

SEC defenses were not very good last year but they where still miles above the 3 cupcakes that pad schedules in a normal year.

Franks blows up social media with his performance vs the Titans:

Ends up going 2 for 9 with 16 yards and 3 sacks. :)

But rushes for 76 yards.

Well in fairness to Lerch, playing QB under the play calling geniuses and coaching prowess' of Cousin Eddie and Kendal Briles does not really entail having to read defenses.

Pretty much spot on, though I think most poster here don't suck. Probably like 45%. The rest though, again, is near perfect.

Lets be honest... those are the numbers of all our QBs since Dipshyt. We had people PRAISING Dipshyt and Giraffe for 75 yard games ... bc they were efficient!

all our QB's ? Franks had the best QB stats in our history passing yards and TD passes. Pretty fckn impressive considering what SOS did all those years,...........i did correct thislater to Trask having the best year statistically ever............Laws fault for suggesting Kraken .
