Make sure they keep the smoke down for at least 30 seconds.Bravo brother.
I'M still looking for a good Smoked Old Fashioned.
Shoutout to our Philly fanatic @soflagator
Should’ve taken a picture before I cut her in half
Am I doing this right?
Look great to me.
Ftr, I never lived in Philly and am very unorthodox when it comes to steak and cheeses. So I may not be the best judge. But that, along with something north of 6 ABV and I’m calling that a great dinner.
Snapper and Grouper seasons are both open June 5 & 6 so I lowered my snapper inventory. Red Snapper with a mayo based glaze. Cajun seasoning and capers!
Spending the weekend just south of Franklin NC. It’s a pretty part of the world. Every time we go up that way, there’s an Italian place we go to in Clayton called Mama G’s. Settled on the linguine and clams...
Some really good Italian cuisine (and libations) then back to the cabin to watch the sun set over the mountains. I could get used to this.
@cover2 -I told him his sauce reminded me of what you get in a fully loaded Pampers.
Does kinda have the look of recycled sweet taters...or the skowers.Or the poop from a young calf still on a milk only diet.
Dang Cover, I should have known someone would know what I was talking about if I posted calf scours. Calf poop, how snow flakey is that.Does kinda have the look of recycled sweet taters...or the skowers.
I’ve eaten there a couple of times. It’s pretty damn good. Our return trip from the mountains on 441 took us behind enemy lines. My daughter insisted we break noonday bread at a little place in Athens called “Mama’s Boy,” undoubtedly named in Kirby’s honor. I can say there’s at least one good thing up here amongst the Dawgs...
The Farm Biscuit with fried chicken, over easy egg, bacon, and tomato on a good biscuit was on point. The fresh cut fries were good as well. I’ll have to say that although they don’t do anything athletically that I’m fond of, they do get a favorable review for their culinary skills.
