Denmark soccer player drops on the field

Anyone else watching the Denmark/Finland soccer game? A Denmark player (Christian Erikson) just fell to the ground with nobody else around him. They were doing CPR and shocking him on the field but it looks like a heart attack. They haven’t said if he passed.

They just called the game. Tragic.

First. Tragic and my condolences to the family if the player doesn't recover. But, why are you watching soccer? Is there not grass in your yard to watch grow? And Denmark/Finland? Really?

First, yes very tragic indeed and hopefully they can revive him.

Second, too wet to mow but we weeded the garden and staked the beans until the humidity was unbearable. I nap best with soccer.

It's just standing questioning now when a younger person falls out like this. Did he get the jab?

Transferred to the hospital and stabilized.
Thought for sure he passed on the field.

This has happened many times before to athletes but it’s definitely the elephant in the room right now. Everyone will want to know if he did and when.

I figured from the title he either sh!t himself while running around aimlessly(soccer by definition)or couldn't wait to get to the shower with a team mate....Glad he's doing better though....

Read an update somewhere that it was apparently just a minor knee issue that may require outpatient surgery. Something about pain in his hip and he couldn’t put on his shoe. I don’t know, I stopped reading. The whole thing was too embarrassing.
