I think if you're 91 and famous enough to announce you've been diagnosed with a terminal condition then you owe it to your fans to tell them what it is. Otherwise, they might assume that condition is simply humanity.

Well, the guy did pull some dirty tricks in victories over the Gators through the years, but I don't want to joke to much about a person's impending death, so I'll just leave it here that IO wish him and especially his family welll in getting through the agonizing wait.

Bobby Bowden, age 91, FSU coaching legend, has terminal condition

I think “aging” is about as terminal of a condition as you can get right? Every day after 80 is pretty much playing with house money. Still though prayer for his family and that it is a peaceful transition for him

Ah, but the games Bobby and Steve gave us. It was, as often as not, the game that determined
whether the season was considered a success or a disappointed. Since their departure the
winner of the game has been, with a few exceptions, a foregone conclusion. A far cry from the
days when the MNC had to pass through the state of Florida. I doubt we will ever again see
such a spectacle.

Is Akron worse than Toledo? I got no reference on Akron personally
As far as Im concerned the whole damn rust belt is nothing but a shythole. Buffalo to Gary.... probably all the way to Mwaukee.

Im going to say yes, Akron is worse though. You can get from Toledo to some ok areas like Sandusky quickly.

From Akron, you go to Cleveland or maybe Youngstown.

Will never forget beating them in Norlins for the Nattie ,watching him dig a trench on the sideline pacing back and forth brings joy to my heart.

Redheads, old trucks, rum and SOS. I think that covers it.
Redheads are just my most preferred flavor. Im not really THAT picky though.

But not much in Ohio. And no one should.

Yeah, that was great. It helped make up for "The Choke at Doak" when Steve
and his crew squandered what seemed to be an insurmountable lead late into the game.
Here it is, going on almost 30 years now and that catch phrase is one of the most
widely known in all of college football.
