I think I heard some chick from Brazil whose had 3 ACL surgeries in 4 years and she competed. No yips, no twistes. Just competed.

She quit, everyone quits sometime, no big deal....... really, she should be Sainted for lighting our path.

Yeah but a gymnast is only at risk of injury if it’s a case of the twisties. Repeated torn ACLs don’t count. As a matter of fact, torn ACLs are actually pleasant, fun & painless.

And no other athletes are susceptible to injuries if they aren’t 100% healthy.
I have learned so much from the Olympics this year without even watching.

Or Andrew Luck…1st pick, in his prime…

At least with Andrew Luck, his body was broken from the previous regime not surrounding him with an Oline and other talents around him. If Luck had the GM and coach they currently have he could have played until his 40s. The difference in a smart front office is huge, and the Colts currently have one of the best in the league.

How about she does something positive like one of her teammates, that would be go to college. Positives include:

Getting an education
Having real teammates that support you.
Having real fans that support you.
Having an athletic department that supports you.
Perhaps really dealing with her mental issues instead of just taking medications.

She will be quite wealthy no matter what.

Would you welcome her as a Gator???
