Everyone but Dan and EJ’s parents are on the AR15 bandwagon

I'm willing to bet EJ's parents jumped head first on the AR bandwagon the moment he hurdled that mother fucher. I also heard they blocked EJ's phone number from calling theirs and took him off the will before they even left the stadium last night.

Jeebus man. 24 hours ago you were assuring me we were winning a national championship this year.

Honestly, Id just as soon he not start vs them. It is sometimes hard to overcome a disastrous game for a freshman QB.

Why the fvvk are we the only team that seem to have the most emotionally fragile freshmen QBs that we keep coddling for three years before seeing the field?

I like the way DM, EJ and AR are handling this. They’re not letting the team be divided. At some point AR will likely be the man. In the meantime I suspect he will get plenty of touches. EJ will improve but AR’s ceiling is higher.

AR had to come out. His helmet got knocked off.

No I realize that. I’m just not sure why we don’t focus on ground game there and live with 3 as a worst case scenario. No reason, imo, to put EJ in that spot. If nothing else, he’d be getting a TD that AR set up with his drive. It was just a dumb play call, which was par for the course all night. Zero flow.

By all accounts AR completely out performed EJ all fall.
So, if teammates seeing this think, if this dude can't win a job, what chance do I have!
How can this be healthy in the long run? How do you explain Dexter losing the start to a guy that's been here a week but ignore the talent of AR?

So many ways to answer that without killing Jones’ little remaining confidence and without sounding like a jerk. Add this to the bad of the night. And I get that players like his loyalty, matter of fact style, but the question is beyond legitimate. It also won’t be the last time he hears it, whether he wants to or not.

This is why some of us aren’t even remotely worried about a “Mark Richt” scenario. Does anyone think we’re the only ones turned off by that demeanor?
