What the fuch is apropos? Both are apropos.
It's the snooty way of saying appropriate. What the fuch is apropos?

FUCHStard. Spell it correctly.sounds like something a fuchtard would say.
I've been burning pine tree limbs all day, my eyes are watering.FUCHStard. Spell it correctly.
A really snooty fuchtard at that.sounds like something a fuchtard would say.
apropos of nothing.Admittedly I do not understand the optimal mechanics of quarterbacking. I have never seen another QB (including two-hand touch schoolyard play) besides EJ stand flatfooted and immobile while staring down receivers. He doesn't look like he's ready to pass.
he actually has a decently fast release, which many of our QBs did not. AR ihowever is lightning quick, almost just a flick of the wrist.Admittedly I do not understand the optimal mechanics of quarterbacking. Or they need glasses. I went to school with Willie Jackson (the original) and he was fast and ran good routes. But he couldn't catch consistently. Rumor was the team doc sent him to an optometrist and he got glasses and started catching better. Could have been a rumor. Couldn't ask him myself because he never showed up for class.he actually has a decently fast release. AR is lightning, almost just a flick of the wrist.
I'm not capable of much more than that either, other than noticing that he looks different from throw to throw to me. Compare it to baseball. I don't know exactly what's going on with a pitcher of that level, but I do know if you hang a change up it's going out of the stadium most of the time.
And I do know when quarterbacks are inaccurate it's because their footwork and mechanics are not consistent.
You have to break it down to it's parts and you see Donk was describing himself. A Pro POS. Makes more sense now doesn't it?What the fuch is apropos?

I saw reluctant mechanics and a different form than prior years (and recall I was the one disagreeing with Truth and others that there was any evidence EJ threw a good long ball). In prior years he knew he was coming in for spot duy or a spark and looking to make a play, so he let the ball go more freely - it led to his more natural mechanics (not necessarily better, but usually (as seen with Tebow) the natural throw works better /unless/until you master something new). This game, both INT's looked like he was trying to place the ball in the receiver's hands 15 or 30 yards away. As did his short hops. He wasn't completing his motion, especially through his feet/weight transfer and shoulders.
While I don't have great hope for him moving forward, my one possible positive is because he seemed like he was trying to emulate Trask or be perfect, he missed the throws where he is actually good (15-25 yards across the middle of the field). Perhaps AR pressuring him will change his mindset, allowing him to try to be a playmaker again when throwing (opposed to the impossible of trying to be a perfect QB who places the ball gently in tiny windows - let the puns flow).
This is a great point.I kind of agree. I'm not writing EJ off after one game. .
