Fantastic?

Does a fantastic coach lose to an lswho team who can barely bring enough scrubs to field a team? At home???

Does he keep the DC who got torched all year long, who made no adjustments to help out his players?

Does he keep the deadbeat asst coaches who put almost zero effort into recruiting?

While I’ll catch flak for this, DM has at least made football way more fun to watch than wm and jm. However, he’s incredibly stubborn about a lot of things and overly loyal to people who don’t earn it. His “relentless effort” motto is admirable, but appears to apply only to his players while getting very selective about how it applies to himself and his staff.

But I’m sure Dan appreciates that you got his back, Mrs. Mullen.

Hard to believe a Scott Frost thread went six pages. At UCF he did a good job of recruiting the best leftover castoffs from bigger programs, and put together a team that went through the AAC like a knife through butter. But that's no great achievement since the AAC is literally as soft as butter.

I'm surprised Frost's NCAA violations at Nebraska are just practice violations. When I heard he was being investigated I assumed it was for recruiting violations, because aside from offering cash, how else is he going to get any decent players to go there? There is not one place in the whole entire state of Nebraska where any teenage kid wants to pose for an Instagram photo.

I was trying to avoid writing a dissertation, but appreciate your support. I still want DM to succeed, I just don't think it's gonna happen unless he makes some hard choices to improve recruiting.

I'm not so sure. I think Ucf was a perfect fit then because it earned him recognition without being overly visible. I think now that the world has seen there's a strong possibility of at least a hint of DS, he'll probably see opportunities that reflect that.

It is strange how he looks like Jesse Plemons:

You want to go full circle? Last I heard, that Zelda kid I referenced in the other thread works for Disney. Doing what, you ask? He's a boat captain on Jungle Cruise.

The funny part of that, is we were at boo bash at Disney Friday night, and the captain of our "boat" as mentioned by both my wife and her friend looked like a guy that doesn't get laid.

Frost didn't do any better than anyone else recruiting UCF. Not gonna look it up again but their wasn't any significant uptick in recruiting. He grabbed Milton you can give him that. UCF routinely out recruits the rest of that conference and their record generally reflects that. Had they not drawn a disinterested Auburn team in 2017 they would have nothing to claim and Frost would be just another answer on trivia night.

It has to be one of the lamest jobs there, and that's saying quite a bit. My son loves animals so we would go almost every time. At least the line isn't typically bad, but I have no idea how they kept the ride going once there was an entire sister theme park that has ACTUAL animals. Having said that, if you haven't experienced the ride, the corny jokes the Rock keeps saying in the movie won't hit home the same way. Disney nailed that aspect of things.

MILF hunting though

I'd take the position that sees people off on Peter Pan. Walk all day in the shade on what's basically a treadmill, so you you'd stay in shape. Wow children(and even the older "Scott Frost" types) by snapping your fingers as if the safety bar automatically going down was magic, endearing you to travelers as they finally embark on a ride they've been waiting for for 2 hours. Not to mention a younger crowd which should mean younger moms. Gotta think logistics.

This is why you are the brains of the operation.
