52-24 if they take their foot off our necks in the fourth and AR is allowed to come on for a couple late TDs after EJ and the D get azz raped.

I've got to say, I love that there are several people here predicting we will be worse than Miami or Mercer. Maybe you're right, just funny how that mindset exists. This is not a SEC Championship game with an entire season under their belt Bama team, now granted, we aren't the same team we were either.

  • Bama still has 3 new OL including the Center and has a Center at right tackle who even Mercer beat a few times.
  • They will be missing one, if not two of their top LB's. If Anderson plays, cut block him until he slows his play or leaves the game.
  • Young still makes mistakes.
  • All of Bama's freshman, RS Freshman, and true sophomores have never been in a hostile environment like they will see Saturday, even while being on the bench last year.
  • This will be the loudest game of the year and a new OL/Center with a RS Freshman making his first true road start might be cause for caution for Bama.
  • RAIN. 60% chance right now. UF has not lost a game where it has rained at home in my memory and I can only think of two UF games (and I missed watching them) where this has happened Auburn '01 and UT '04. A rain soaked game favors UF's run first offense vs. Bama's pass first offense with a still inexperienced QB.
  • Yes, I think Grantham might be the best coach for Bama on Saturday.
  • Yes, I think most throws by EJ will have me holding my breath.
  • I also think that if Bama is missing two linebackers that Pierce could do well.
  • I think Mullen has something like the wheel route against UGA last year up his sleeve.
For those reasons, I'll go 35-31 Florida. I think those scores might be high if rain causes both teams to run the ball more.

The chatters predicting a win watched a different EJ than I did those first two games. The EJ that I watched isn’t scoring 40 on the Sabans.

EJ and Grantham are all Saban will need to finish this off.

Their deficiencies are so glaring and fatal, anything else pales in relevance.

I think we have a shot. It hinges on their inexperience in key positions and Mullen dialing up a good gameplan every blue moon, winning a game nobody expects him to win. Regardless of who wins I believe it will be much closer than anyone expects. I think our defensive front will harass their young QB into some bad decisions and our offense will be effective enough on the ground with some deep passes sprinkled in that we edge them out 34-31. All of Gator Nation will be riding high through a beatdown of Tinercee until we lose to Kentucky on the road.

But I won't be surprised if EJ looks completely lost while AR rides the bench and Grantham Granthams our way to an embarrasing blow out defeat either.

I just think we have a shot based on Bamas inexperience and the home field.

Name one game Mullen has won that exceeded expectations. One where he “shocked the world”. I’ll hang up and listen.

In a surprising and totally unexpected defensive battle, Bama prevails 17 - 10....

Resulting in Dano declaring a moral victory and getting another extension from Fooley Light!

I was shocked that he lost to Ogre's Scout Team and didnt even bother preparing for the fuchsing Cotton Bowl.

He shocked the world by losing to Kintucky and was doing it a second time, but for a broken Giraffe.
