I'm just glad fsu hasn't tried to grab him. Not that I think he'd win championships but he'd be solid there at the very least.

this particular player is listed as a LB. I know a team that has quite a few openings for that position.

FSU can't afford to pay him what Kentucky is paying - with the SEC money and fan support, UK is now a better job than FSU. Also, Kentucky has some of the best facilities in the SEC (much better than UF's current facilities situation).

Another note: I noticed Saban had Bryce Young in the game in the late 3rd quarter up 49-7 - they were driving and he threw an INT at the goal line (ball was tipped and a Southern Miss defender caught it). I don't wish for injury on any player (except maybe Darnell Dockett) - but if he had taken a shot there it would have been inexcusable that he was still in the game. He ended the game 20-22 passing w 5 TDs. Alabama had TWO kickoff returns for TD. Unbelievable.

All I can say is that I thought that yesterday was a great day of college football.
We had decent games with teams of interest in each of the three time slots.
Notre Dame and Wisconsin was good until the fourth quarter but meanwhile LSU/Miss State and Mizzou/BC were both won in the last minute.
The middle window gave us FSU/Louisville, A&M/Arkansas, and the NC State upset of Clemson.
While the gators cruised somewhat, we had close games with Nebraska/ Michigan State, West Virginia/Oklahoma and the Georgia Tech upset of North Carolina (I really don’t like North Carolina) finishing the day
There aren’t that many Saturdays where so many games live up to the hype.
I had a blast yesterday with 12 hours of good football
