The funny thing about this is that I just watched an episode of Dark Side of Football on VICE the other day about the Raiders and what outlaws they were because of Al Davis, players like Lyle Alzado and Romanowski being legit tough guys and hurting people on purpose.

Now they force Gruden into resigning because “words hurt”.

The pussification of the National Woke League continues.

Some of the things written on Gator Chatter can guarantee that none of us will ever be able to run for office or get a job coaching.

3-2, 8-8, 7-9, 4-12 and no playoff appearances for $10M a year. Even Del Rio had a 12 win playoff year in his 3 years there before Gruden.

The Raiders gladly accepted his resignation, hell they probably were behind the email searches in the first place....
Yep. They got out of a terrible contract for a crappy performance. Lucky them.

Do we *really* want to inhabit a world of self-censorship--where we can't express ourselves in jest, satire, mean-spiritedness, anger, or frustration to a friend or trusted confidant--in private no less--for fear that it'll one day ruin our livelihood?

That's the kind of world "progressive" neo-Puritans are trying to build and fuchs that.

It depends on which side is doing the jesting.

Lets go through all of Stephen A, Keyshawn, Sanders, or any number of former players and coaches.

Did you see the crocodile tears Randy Moss put out last night? I think ESPN has made the rounds to every black employee to rehash the same talking point the last 24 hours

The funniest thing about ESPN's coverage, no where does it mention the 7 years in question that these emails went back and forth... all of them were while he was an employee of ESPN. There lead football analyst.

I just saw a commercial on TV saying hispanic month something or other. I am all about joining in to that or Black history month or whatever. I find myself wanting one day set aside for white honkey recognition day. I didnt ask to be born a white honkey but I is one. Lets celebrate!!

I thought about this too. So what was the response to the emails? “Hey Jon you shouldn’t say that,” or “hell yeah! Fuchs those fuchsing f@ggots!”

That's actually a great point. Like there was no response? NO LOL? No admonishments?
