T's question is "will" Mullinz get fired. Almost everyone agrees he should be fired. I changed my vote from no to yes. However, I'm not sure. Now, I lean towards him returning one more season if he makes changes to the staff. But, I could see him being fired after this season. Once the noise in the system starts it is almost impossible to turn it off.

Well, we just lost to a double digit home underdog that had no coach. Our defensive coordinator made the 127th ranked rushing attack in the nation look like the '95 Cornhuskers.

Fired? I think not. These are the kind of results that get Stricklin hard. The question should be how big of a raise will Dullen and Grunt get?

The difference between this dufus and the other two morons is that nobody likes him. Muschamp and McElwain still had people that liked them for whatever dumb reasons. Nobody at all likes mullen. I've never seen this fanbase universally dislike a coach like this. Even the dummies that still think he is a good coach don't like his personality.

Sing along, you know the tune:

Fuchs has only got one ball,
Stricklin has two but very small,
Mullen's are rather sullen,
But poor old Grantham has no balls at all.

Any of you ****ers know how to vote?

I would but there is no ham sammich option. Do you even know how to make a poll?

Thank goodness for this thread so we can talk even more about potentially firing Mullen. There isn’t any other thread out there where this discussion would seem appropriate.

Yeah...kinda like that dumbarse who made 300 posts in the political forum about all that election fraud that never happened.

Can't help but wonder if they're fire him or keep him and try to revamp the staff and have a lame duck year, next year? Also this is not a SHOULD he get fired question. It's WILL he get fired

No chance…he’ll get a do over by sacrificing TG which should have happened long ago. This administration doesn’t care

I really didn't think he would be fired this year, but the LSU loss to a lame duck horrible coach who got fired immediately after they beat Mullen may have significantly heated his seat. A beatdown by the leghumpers is not going to help.

As of now I am leaning that Mullen will survive this season if he decides to stick around. I do think though that Mullen will want out. Not sure where to, NO NFL team wants him. Maybe to UT Chattanooga.

I think MuLLLen boils over from the pressure he is going to get non stop for the next 2 weeks plus the week post UGA beatdown. I think we are exactly where we were with McElwain minus the death threat outburst. MuLLLen has already said some very questionable things in the past from questions and I really think he could have another outburst. His ego is pretty big and he thinks very highly of himself so I don't think he will be able to contain himself for the next 3 weeks.

Maybe. But McElstain was Foley's guy not Stricklins. Stricklin was looking to bring Mullen in and stain gave him the opening. My bet is he stands by him, damn I hope I'm wrong.

The time for firing English and Grantham.and Robinson and Hev and Knox.... AT LEAST....was 2019.

H he might have even won a championship... not likely because he probably replaces them with equally incompetent people, from his extended friend zone, and he still doesn't have a clue how to play the more talented person instead of the more senior person.... but at least there was a chance.

And he might have not destroyed four recruiting classes.

Let's say UAA admin strong-arms Mullen into firing his buddy. His seat is still red-hot and everybody knows it. What top-notch DC would come to work for Mullen with a knife hanging over his head? The new Mullen DC hire may have to be an internal promotion since that guy is already riding this listing ship

If that is the case, Mullen will give his boy a chance to leave on his own terms. Giving him the heads up to take another job, so he doesn't have a firing on the resume.

You're probably right. But I wouldn't rule out him ducking out somehow. He looks miserable.

Like Zook he was one of the most hated assistants we've ever had when he left.

Actually I would say there were a few Fooley Follower morons who actually believed that BS about Spurrier and Urban only winning because of Zook.

Obviously weve hd a few other disasters since then, with Fat Dwag leading the way.

Possibly the only thing he did right the whole time. AA has zero committment, and thats the real problem.

I didn't disagree with his comments, but probably not smart to do it roughly a month after they gave him a raise.
