How many times is this loser mother fucher gonna be allowed to publicly ask for another job? He's the 5th or 6th highest paid coach in football at a for sure top 5 school to recruit to and win because of location and yet the higher ups just let him embarrass them like this over and over.

Where are you getting that MuLLLLen is saying he is going to bolt to the NFL because you are replying to a talking head tweet about Rick Neuheisel saying he think Mullen will take an NFL job if the opportunity arises because hes tired of Florida.

@Brett_McMurphy: Rick Neuheisel on @SXMCollege about Florida’s Dan Mullen: “I know Dan & like him & respect him: if he gets an NFL chance I think he’ll take it. I think he’s tired of this (at Florida)”

Yeah, this is one ex-coach talking head's opinion, but...it is out there and it does seem plausible and does seem like another puzzle piece that fits pretty well.

There is literally ZERO chance Dan Mullen will ever coach in the NFL. His entire offensive ‘philosophy’ is built on running QBs, blocking WRs, and small, confused, tap dancing RBs. And all of his Chinese fire drill plays appear to be purposely designed to happen behind a false starting offensive line.

Unless a losing and pissed off head coach hires him to run across the field after a game on his behalf to give encouraging words of support to the winning coach, he has nothing to offer an NFL team.

No, you give him another raise and extension to make certain the big bad NFL doesn't steal away your top 5 head ball coach.

If he can't handle the pressure of being a HC at the NCAA level.. due to the pressure, fucher would completely break under the pressure of an NFL team. Look at Saban, one of the best NCAA coaches of all time, couldn't handle the Miami job, and that was the Dolphins which is a good NFL job but not a super hard pressure job. The NFL media even for a team like the Bengals would eat him alive.

But, he’ll make a boatload of money for coaching 2 years in the league.

He will make a lot more just hanging out here, until he gets fired… or not. Hell, I expect strychnine to announce he’s getting a raise, higher buyout, and extension until 2027 any minute now. He’ll say it’s a message to the world of how much Gator Nation supports Dan, or some sort of BS like that, to try to take the heat off his cowbell love child. It's obvious to everyone that Dan’s a whiny little b!tch.

I can't imagine the NFL wanting him as anything more than a position coach, and I even have doubts about them wanting that.

He doesn't have a chance in hell at a OC position - the idea of him being a head coach in the pros is laughable.

As of 9/6/21: Average NFL Head Coach's salry for 2021 is $6.692 million and the median salary $5.5 Million. It would most likely be a pay cut.

Nobody is going to consider him for a head coaching job in the NFL. If he goes to the NFL it will be OC at best. There are a lot of really hot coordinators in the league right now and Mullen isn't going to jump them in line.

Just spoke with a buddy from Alachua. He mentioned previously he may have a job with DM. So I brought it up. He said he called to follow up on the remodel work at the Mullens place. He was told they are holding off on the project. :scratchhead:

Not reading too much into that. It’s possible your buddy was just going to put in a pool and they had a change of heart.
