Two hours by car from the Jax, Orlando, and Tampa Bay metro areas, and talent rich south Georgia.

Inexcusable to not have a top ten national class every year, unless you are a lazy POS like Dip**** Dan.

Have you driven I-75 between Gatorville and Wildwood lately? It's better to take 301 to Tampa

Pre-2020 Have posh facilities, winning culture and track record of getting players drafted. Additionally, you have to relate to the kids and win over the Momma's, while dangling the hope for immediate PT.
Post-2020 See above plus have real NIL structure so these kids can get paid.

UF = Shytty facilities, culture of mediocrity and a coaching staff with personalities like a wet bag of rice. Oh and absolute ZERO NIL structure in place.
Pablo gets it.

Probably the shadier assistants promise endless parades of co-eds, plus access to slush funds, lines of credit and guaranteed immunity from consequences.

Yep. If we had competent coaches who had the ability to put a solid product on the field every week, we’d be a top 10 recruit destination every year due to geographic location alone. Add some kind of sensible recruiting effort, and we should be top 5, at worst. Just like Butters before him, Cousin Eddie and his band of Special Ed coaches are literally pushing recruits away from UF.

Just had a thought… they really should start a band named Cousin Eddie and the Helmets. It’s perfect for them. “But… they’re not musicians”. Well, they’re not coaches or recruiters, either. :dunno:

It’s the worst stretch of interstate I’ve ever experienced in terms of needless delays, poorly planned exits and almost certain stoppage. And keep in mind, that’s coming from someone who grew up on I95, mostly in south Florida. You can almost guarantee an extra 20-30 on your commute time specifically from the first Ocala exit, 27. Dreadful. And for whatever reason, it seems to completely clear up where the Tpike goes off at Wildwood. I was amazed at how easy 75 became south of there en route to Tampa. It’s a different interstate.

Also, if you’ve driven from the south on 75 into Gainesville recently, don’t even think about parking on the right side of the highway just north of Payne’s Prairie. Don’t even think about it.

Don’t even think about it.

Don’t even think about it.

I mean it. Don’t even think about it.

No, there. Any idea what the hell that’s all about? Did we just fat finger the order and have extras? There’s like 20+ signs over a 200 yard stretch.

i think semi's were parking there at night

I’ve come in so many times late at night and never saw that. But that would make sense. Of course, so would putting up one sign and making it clear that they’d be fined mercilessly if they continued. But hey, let’s take a natural area and make it look like we have Rain Man running things.

They had to come back and put them every 5 feet because they were still worried a semi could sneak in between them and park if they left them every 10 feet.

I remember when you could fire off a couple of rounds from your glock on a friday night, and suit up at TE the next day, no questions asked. Head in the sand, man. Head in the sand.

vicious rumors.

Urban told me he doesn't even have a 6'3 240 lb Latino or Hawaiian with heavy tattoos who rides around with the Pounceys and Reggie Nelson.
