That was an interesting read and it made me think of something much more simple and why I have always said Cousin Eddie sux dog dykk as a HC and genius player caller. Beyond him beating his chest about the massive offensive numbers that were put up against Sam Ford, I think back to the Vandy game and it is exactly why my view usually differs from others. Sure the final was 40 to zip or whatever, but if you watched you saw Vandy move the ball etc. But it was two offensive plays (the same play actually) that made me just say this is why Cousin Eddie sux. Twice against Vandy he used the RB out of the backfield (not in slot) and ran him on a pass route straight down the middle of the field 20+ yards and both times the pass was completed over the LB's head for big gains, once to Pierce and the other was either Davis or Wright, does not matter. It was a beautiful play, very successful, but it was against Vandy, and you have NOT seen that play again all season. So as Cousin Eddie is picking on the little sisters of the poor, I was saying why would you show that play twice against Vandy, and not bring it out against a more formidable opponent that you really might need it? What happened was he showed that play and now it was on tape. This is just a small example of who Cousin Eddie is.

I don't think this is an "outlier" season for Mullen: each and every factor in us being where we're at is directly attributable to his own decisions; and moreover, have been things we've seen before when he was at Miss State. It's just who he is.
Exactly. Not an outlier. Fuchsed up offenses with nothing but QB runs is exactly what he has been for the last 13 years except three years, one of which he didnt even want to play the passing QB.

Yes at work. I did it so with the right manager he could as well. Now the system generally does not allow managers to do this to head coaches, so I hope we are looking very carefully at the next head coach so we get what we all want.

Not some coach at a large school today because you can't buy them unless they want to come to UF. Same with most NFL coaches they are not interested in dealing with recruiting or pandering to players.

We need a good coach that UF would be a career type move and a promotion. Just my foolish opinion.

For those that don't get it when I say I am foolish, I am joking, at least I think I am.

You've never told a joke before. This is quite a step for you, my man.

Well I am trying to improve and be somewhat humble. I have come to the conclusion he needs to be replaced. But I still insist that if they would just make me his boss he could also improve and become better. We played well on offense last year, and even SOS needed to learn to have a defense run by a good coordinator without his managing.

Urban Meyer used to be his boss ffs.

Mullen is who he is, plain and simple.
