OK let’s flame with Lane. You can bet recruiting would get exciting if he was the man. QBs, WRs & RBs would look our way.
If we bring in a person not known in the Southeast, it will be a poor class.
My friend, Kiffin can't recruit. His class is currently 38th, WORSE than last season.

Best case scenario: Riley, Cristobal, or Napier at third.

Nightmare scenario: Campbell, Clausen, (insert name here).

Stop the Lane and Bob talk. Neither are happening.

So you have sauces? ;)

I'll take Riley!!! The rest Meh. Probably going to get Meh.

If you like 5 losses he is your guy.

Near loss to Northern Illinois 2021
Loss to Ragin Cajuns 31-14
OT Northern Iowa 2019
Loss to K State
Loss to TCU.

He is trash. Worthless recruiter.

Another of the huge pile of "keeps the game close" losers, like Fuentes and Chimp.

Some people are really good where they are.

Campbell at Iowa Sate. Snyder at Kansas State. Ferentz at Iowa. Butters at any G5 school.

and that’s okay. Let them stay there and become gods in their own little areas.

Somewhere Jimmy Sexton is sitting around the dinner table telling his family where all the coaches are going.
Only he knows and I'm afraid we are way down the pecking order, based on our decades of cheapness. I'm not talking about the coaches salary, there's more to building a successful program than that.

Being reported by multiple outlets that Aranda is staying at Baylor. That could shift things considerably with Napier.

Napier should spurn LSU just for being 5th choice. Of course, what do we know? He may be inked

I'm convinced Napier is really the only available coach that can save our program. We need a lot more than flashy passing numbers. Our Gators are in shambles.
Ox, serious question for you to get your honest opinion. If a booster gave the football program $100m (not for facilities, but for building the program from a budget, coaching, full back staff, recruiting, etc), what do you think UF would do and how much of a difference maker do you think it would be?

Theyd spend half in Athletic Department pay raises, the one thing we lead the pack.

Softball, gymnastics, maybe polo, a few k, maybe 50k, for some paint for football and send the rest to main univsrsity.

What do I think they would do? Exactly what they are doing now and would pocket the excess.
