I like most of those details. The sticking point may be the 6 million new home allowance. I think he's going to be surprised at what that gets him in LA right now. Though french doors might really open that place up.

Is the menu ala carte? For example, I like this coach that costs $7.6m but I only want him to take two weeks vacation per year instead of 12 weeks, how much extra does that cost me? Or, this coach is $8m but my budget is only $7.6m. If I leave off the side order of recruiting, does that reduce the cost by $400k?

Maybe fired is the wrong word. I think Bob “suggested” venebles go find another team and climpson was interested. But the OK D wasn’t looking so hot leading up to his departure.
