I’d start with making sure the Kayak App has been deleted from all staff phones. Launch Won’t Back Down into a lake Alice. Remove the painted end zones.
Obviously we need to retain our current kids. Beyond that, we’re unlikely to flip a ton of kids before ENSD. So for kids that aren’t sure, the pitch simply needs to be just don’t sign in December. Try to get kids to relook at UF between now and February. That’s how we kept Copeland in the last transition.
Make AR a priority. Build around him, including potential staff. He’s special but also provides a glimpse of what we can do with CDRW and Evers.
Maybe minor, but I’d like to see Napier immerse himself in UF history. That’s something Meyer did, and the others didn’t. Watch old games. Look at the traditions, specifically those that build a sense of pride in the university. Embrace the past with maybe a modest addition or alteration(singing the fight song, blue jerseys) that signify a new era.
