Half time adjustments show who is a good coach and who isnt. One last note, in his 4 games against Saban and Alabama, Smart has been outscored 75-17 in the second half.
Eight quarters, 17 points, 1 pick-6 thrown, and one historically bad fake punt.

He is a below average coordinator too, unless he has a coach override his conservative instincts.Mullen, like Muschamp, is a good coordinator who got Peter principled into an HC job he doesn't have the skills or temperament for.

He could be capable of being a good coach. But his laziness overcomes that.
It is the Mullen paradigm. Once every 8 years or so you get a strong offense. He is CAPABLE of calling an aggressive offense, but usually he doesnt. Most years you get below average. He doesnt recruit. He doesnt bother to prepare for games. He is lazy in assembling a staff.
Just wasted talent, and arrogance that isnt justified by his empty trophy case.

I skipped pages 3 through 12 of this thread. The first two pages were interesting though.
So when will we be creating Football coaching classes and degrees? With college kids it is hard to make adjustments otherwise.
