I don't know how anyone can listen to the man speak, hear the detail oriented approach, the thoughtful insight and obvious intelligence and not absolutely love what this guy brings to the table. Will he bring championships to UF? I don't know, but I'm more than impressed with his approach and his character and have no reason to not be on board with him and his process.

Given all criteria and specifically what we needed, I thought this from the beginning. To be fair, I thought the field sucked outside of maybe Cristobal, and had serious reservations about him. Napier was the only hire that made any sense unless we were going first time HC, and even that group contained no real exciting choices. If I’m Lsu, I’m livid that I have 60 year old Brian Kelly as my head coach. BN was exactly what we needed.
