It's weird, but I'm so glad the DM & CO schyttshow is finally over that it doesn't bother me so much how big a mess DM left this program in. We have a few pieces here and there, but this roster is going to be far behind the league leaders - and UK and UT could both be better than us, roster-wise, next year. We're really going to have to be patient with CBN. To say that he's got his work cut out for him would be a huge understatement.
Personally, the only time I've seen a talent situation this bad at UF, while heading into a new regime, was the Dickey collapse/firing and the arrival of Coach Pell. I'm not saying we'll go 0-10-1 by any means, but I believe there is a fairly long and arduous climb ahead of us if we are to get anywhere near the top again. But I'm grateful that we are moving forward again, and the new vibe is really good.
