I’m so relieved to have a reason to follow recruiting. I’m no recruitnick, but I do follow the top 30 players, give or take.

The past decade, there’s been no reason to watch the elite croots, cause we weren’t getting them. It’s nice to be in the hunt for the studs once again.

Trevonte Citizen is now no longer visiting this weekend. No surprise. There is no point bringing in 3 RBs in a class.
Wondering how much of a shot we had with Citizen before we took the ULL transfer? Gives us a solid RB already familiar with the O, but we likely sacrifice getting the more talented RB. With Bowman, ETN and hopefully Lingard, we already have a solid backfield with a full cycle to go get a stud RB in '23, so maybe I'm just greedy. Still hate the feeling we might've settled though.

My favorite thing about the ULL transfer kid was that he takes “hard coaching” well. I think that’ll go a long way in establishing the locker room we want for our boys. But of course it’s gonna hurt if we have to stop Citizen in a couple of years.

Get one of these, if you don’t already have one.

That's what Mullen used.

But he forgot to put in the batteries.

Maybe Im misunderstanding it, but Im not so sure we sacrificed getting the more talented RB (Citizen) by taking Montrell. Both are 4* (granted, Citizen is rated a bit higher of a 4*) but Montrell's rating is based on playing college ball and Citizen is high school. The competition was G5 but still its better than high school competition.

Also, Citizen is a zero shot until he actually gets on campus.

Montrell has also proven college experience, which includes proof he understands the playbook.

100% with you on this
