Semi-final round starts tonight at 8pm EST on ESPN+ for the Gators. They will be in a quad meet with Denver, Iowa State and Ohio State. The top two teams advance to the Regional Final on Saturday. Gators should not have any problem advancing out of this round. I would not be surprised to see Rowland holding back Trinity and Nia on some events to keep folks fresh. They will probably need them more on the final against Auburn in their home arena. Go Gators!

Corndogs in a major upset fall in the early session in their regional. After being the #6 overall seed they blow up on beam and lose to Iowa and Mizzou. In other not so surprising news, the leg humpers also fall and finish last in the auburn session. It looks like they will not even qualify an individual athlete to nationals. A decent chance there will be a coaching change in Athens canning the darling alumni Kupets.

And Kentucky in a minor upset of Auburn in their round 2 but these 2 will qualify for regional finals.

Nice to see Gators coming locked in compared to the last 4 years. Still Saturday is going to be a fight and absolutely no margin for error. All 4 teams in that final have the ability to score better. For sure counting a fall will spell doom for anyone and even a lackluster rotation might be the end of things.

Regional Finals tonight at 6pm est on ESPN+. Gators have to finish in the top 2 to advance to the finals. Probably the hardest regional left, Auburn, Kentucky and even Denver will probably be close in scores, So Gators will not have much room for a sub-optimal performance and definitely, no falls.
Go Gators!

Gators crush it tonight! Looking really good heading to Nationals. 3rd highest score ever.
Thanks for posting this. I sometimes forget about other sports but really appreciate the Gymnastic updates. Championship caliber program year in and year out. ANY Gator championship is an outstanding achievement.

Thanks!!
