I'm only going off what others are speculating. But, this seems to be more for the big boy recruits. The Collective doesn't bring in enough money for us to be competitive with the 5 stars. This should even the odds. That is the hope anyway.

Sounds like the Gator Collective will be for the welfare checks and Gator Guard will be to catch the big fish. Eddie Rojas (?) runs the Gator Collective and the dude is very high energy. Maybe a little too high energy. I imagine the boosters with millions would rather see their money directed to particular players instead of spread out in a socialist collective.
