I bet they have one of the worse offenses in their league.

Comon. Sure he's not cut out for a HC gig at a high level power 5 school that expects to play for and win championships, but we always had a good offense under him except for last year when EJ was busy throwing the ball to our opponents instead of his receivers.

The only time we had a good offense was when Franks got hurt, and that offense under Trask was NOT his offense. As soon as Trask left, he went back to the plodding crap he dreams about. He may be the most overrated offensive mind in football, at any level.

He's a walking joke and a thief. My fantasy is to see him financially ruined, broke and in rags living in the gutter. I want him to approach me one day at a gas station and ask me for change, so I can gleefully tell him to get away from me.

Three more predictions:

1.) The players won’t revere him and will have names for him by years end.
2.) His son is absolutely terrible at football.
3.) You’re related to him(not so much a prediction as I’m pretty sure you already admitted it in an earlier thread).
4) The parents aren’t going to appreciate Megan trying to kiss their sons

During Cousin Eddie's tenure it became apparent that he had no interest in working hard, hiring quality assistants, recruiting, dealing with people, disciplining players or doing anything else that a competitive coach would do. All he ever wanted to do was call plays. Doubt he even cared much if he won. He just liked calling plays.
So yeah, he's found his perfect job.
He's fallen to the level of his competence.
KInda like a reverse Peter Principle.
Let's call it the Mullen Principle.

It's literally the perfect job for him: he doesn't have to recruit; doesn't have to suck up to the players, parents, media, or boosters; he will be the best coach at that level without even needing to try; and will get the deferential treatment from players and other coaches that he feels he deserves from being the smartest guy in the room. He can show up, give 10% effort and *still* dominate at that level.

And not for nothing, but he can call his favorite plays over and over since it's hs and the tackling/schemes won't be at a high level.

When if ever will those who sucked Cousin Eddie's dykk all the way back to the mid 2000's finally give up and say that many of us who said he was a loser all the way back then until now finally throw in the towel? Other than having swindled so many non qualified decision makers, what else has he proven to be good at?

I'm confused. Does Mullen's kid even play at this high school? I understood why Gruden made a similar move to coach his son, but if there's no relation involved, this is just embarrassing.

Spurrier to Redskins
Zook to Illinois
Meyer to Suck-Nuts
Muschamp to SC (via Auburn DC)
Shark Humper to Central Michigan

All of us: Coach Mac must really have really been that bad for him to land there

Mullen: Hold my beer.

Why?
The dude is loaded.
At least FCS, D2 OR JUCO

Lake Oconee is pretty high end. It’s like 50-60 miles east of the ATL and even has a Ritz-Carlton. Lots of sports and entertainment folks have second homes there. Personally, I think it’s another Jawja sh*thole.

Unless he has family there...Why?

And it's OC...not HC.

I’m a Marriott Bonvoy member and I can tell you that Ritz-Carlton is generally thought of as the worst of that brand in the world. Basically a Residence Inn with valet. As you said, the whole area is typical ga garbage. And it apparently just got worse.
