They probably don't even know what you are talking about. And in fact, you could easily be 2-2 if you picked the Gators every week. They didn't cover against E Carolina or UT if you bet them before the spread changed after the suspensions. Remember we opened and stayed at -1.5 until Treon and Tabor got exed.

^^ All truth.

Well Gee when I pick the Gators I don't give any points or take any either. So yes I am 4 - 0 by my standards. This is (I hope) not a betting organization, but rather a fan site. I am happy with a Gator win, and somewhat sad with a loss no matter the spread. I hope almost everyone else is as well.

No need to have an eruption over it. As NV and I were pointing out, ATS the Gators are 3-1 or 2-2 depending on when you made your wager. Most of us pick them to win straight up every week, so it's not so much that you are 4-0 as it is that's their record.

Well Gee if you think this mild response is an eruption, you must not be familiar with me as a poster. Wagering is illegal where I live so I don't pay any attention to the spread etc. Thus I am only interested in their record not illegal betting results.

Note mild response by my standards. You don't want the overly emotional response that I am capable of, but hate to use.

Bama gave up 43 points against them. I don't believe we will give up anything close to that.
San Jose St scored 21 and Vandy 16. I think we score more than that.

We are over due a well played game. If that happens, we have a real shot at them.

Remember Ole Miss always loses a game they should have won. Maybe this is that game.
Also... Coach Mac's system is still relatively new. We are getting use to it and he may have
a few new plays to run this week.

I don't consider executing on trick plays luck. The fumble... absolutely... actually I might call that a coaching mistake on McElwain's part for not challenging it, but calling and executing a trick play isn't luck... it is using gimmicks because they know they couldn't beat us conventionally. They recognized that and adjusted.

We had to go for it on 4th down 5 times! That is NOT good! Grier was not consistent enough to win a game against better competition. Tennessee is not very good and they are poorly coached.

Our offense has not performed consistently in the last 2 games against lower tier SEC opponents and I'm supposed to be confident that we can hang with an Ole Miss team that beat Bama at Bama?

Sorry for being objective.

Ole Miss needed 5 turnovers AND a deflected should've been pick six turned into a touchdown to win... By 6!!!! They're not that good. Will I be surprised if we lose? No, Ole Miss is still a good team but not as great as some are making them out to be. They're ripe for the picking.

The UT trick plays were a result of their sorry coaches recognizing that our defense over-pursues almost every play and they took advantage of that knowledge.

Really.. you don't think we lack talent as compared to other top teams. Yes Calloway is great, but other than that our WR corp is very weak. Robinson is not consistent enough to be counted on. Our TEs are good. Grier has a ton of potential at QB. We definitely lack talent on the OL.

As far as the D, we obviously are very talented on D, but we are weak at LB with Anzaolne out. Davis has been all over the field, but Morrison looks a step slow coming off of injury. We are so depleted at that position that we have moved a safety down to LB.

Take off the orange and blue glasses... this team is not talented enough to beat the big buys consistently yet. They need more talent at WR and OL .

What about Powell at WR? Not many teams have more than one "go to" guy. LB is our weakest link right now, but don't all teams have weakenesses? I think we're talented enough...we're not deep or experienced enough. The good news is lots of youngsters are getting some valuable minutes in some really close games right now and a number of them are stepping up BIG TIME. I like this team and it's fight. The next several years are gonna be a blast to be a Gator!

Winning a game we're not suppose to win (upsetting somebody) is something I expect of a Mac-coached Gator team.
No reason Ole Miss cannot be our upset game. Sure hope so. That would be a feathered cap.
Saturday, we'll be dealing with individual match-ups and playing in the wild Swamp, with wild fans & sideline.

You do know if you are claiming to be 4-0 then that means you've picked against the Gators, right?

Ill go ahead and take that Gator Fan Card from you.

I am saying I am 4-0 in picking the Gators to win.

It is much when some Gator fans would be 3-1 or 2-2 when deciding on if they should pick the Gators straight up.

Look at each score prediction. I picked the Gators to win every time. They have won each time, so I am 4-0. I guess you are calling quite a bit of people on this board non-Gator fans if you are calling me one because I live in Georgia. Or you saying you can only be a Gator fan if you live in Florida?

Once again, you're simply wrong. There is no lack of talent, depth and experience yes. DRob and Callaway are the 2 best WR prospects we've had since Tebow was our QB. Fulwood and Powel will have very real shots at making rosters as well. We have 3 TE who should play on Sundays. We have at least two RB who will play at the next level as well. Much of the O-line will get a shot as well if they can avoid injury. The defense is stacked with so many NFLers, no point in even listing them.

None of that means we are going to win all or even most of our remaining games (but I like our chances of winning this next one) but our problem isn't talent. If you think it is go print the current Roster and check back in about 3 yrs and see how many of these guys are drawing an NFL paycheck and compare it to the other "Top Teams" with so much more talent than us.

I don't think Powell is an NFL WR. He is a great college WR and I love the kid, but he is too small to be an NFL WR. What NFL WR would you compare him to? Fulwood may make an NFL team because of his size and speed, but he has never contributed at a high level for the Gators so not sure why you think he is so good.

DRob has talent, but he never uses it. He runs with the ball out and doesn't seem to be as focused or have the work ethic needed to be a high level contributor on a weekly basis.

The Oline has some freshman talent I agree, but other than that they are severly lacking at this point. The freshmen at this point in time are not talented enough for us to be a true factor in the SEC. The right side of the line has been getting destroyed as Riles Jr. is not getting it done.

Sorry your team loss last Saturday. Actually, I am not sorry.

I find it hilarious that your assumption that anybody who chooses to think the Gators could lose (I was definitely worried about Tenn, but picked UF in my score prediction.. go look) or will lose (yes... I picked Ole Miss... I think they are the better team based on what I have seen) is not a Gator. I graduated from the University of Florida and bleed orange and blue, but I also have the ability to understand when we are less talented than another team.

I will be screaming at the TV for the Gators to win and would rather sit here next week and take a beating from all of you then sit here and talk about how we lost, but I also have the ability to look at things objectively... that doesn't make me any less of a Gator than you
