Good read from Will's Dad:

"You know that feeling when know something is going to happen? I’ve seen every game Will has ever played. I can’t tell you how many times that when things look hopeless he does something amazing and finds a way to win. He has that “it” factor — he hates to lose so much that he wills himself to find a way to win."

Do we know some other QB who feels and acts the same way? Now if we only started earlier such would not be required and we would win some games that we would otherwise not.

Chad is a better writer than Pat Dooley.

My 1 year old great nephew is a better writer than Fat Tooley. Don't insult Chad that way.

Appreciate a father doting over his son, but frankly I'm not a fan. Mac has made a point to not credit any one player at any time. A great play is a team play. When he was asked about the great play Will made, he immediately went to the wall the o-line created, the great move by Calloway to get open, and the incredible block by Powell to free him. When given the opportunity to highlight a player, he goes to "he did his job".

I like the focus on team - no one player is above the team.

It's definitely a plus with the way the Grier stepped up late, as well as our O Line. I'm predicting the next four games to be close too, so we may need him to do more of the same.

I had heard on the radio that when he coached Will he told his players to fair catch kick offs to give Will more passing attemps and yardage. Seems like a selfish thing to do as a coach if it is true.

OK .. read the article. Seems younger brother, Hayes Grier, is on Dancing with the Stars. Hayes and brother Nash
are social media stars with enough female following to launch into such fame -- what a diverse family. So there are
4 Grier boys.
