Anybody ever used the Geek Squad from Best Buy?

Does anybody have any horror stories? Been on the Geek squad? I've had a few laughs when talking to two of my brother-in-laws. One took in a desktop for a new video card it came back with a reformatted hard drive and the sound didn't work. The Geeks solution to everything seems to be to reformat. :)

I would never use them. They have a reputation for limited competence and high cost. In addition, if you have any private photos or videos on your machine, the will find them and make copies. This is quite well known.

I used them one time when I had no choice for warranty reasons. They were....slow, slightly competent, yet arrogant.
