Just wondering if it's worth starting at the beginning .

Yes. It sets up the entire series. Plus you'll be completely lost if you don't. It's not one of those shows where you can jump in the middle of it. There are way too many moving parts.

Well I will watch it while it's streaming. How many episodes?

Let me make this easy for you, Gren.
GOTs has quite a few hot chicks and throws in a some nudity to spice it up. Though still waiting on the full nude from Missandai (below).

I've read the books and they were great - the series is good quality and has followed the script pretty closely (through Season 5 anyway).

I finished all six seasons but it really could have ended after season three.

The best show on TV right now. The Walking Dead being a close second.
Mehhhhhhhhh.........it's far too inconsistent to be held in that high regard. And nobody can do a Southern accent right. That's what they get for hiring a bunch of Brits to play Georgians.

Have to agree, the first season was excellent, but it's not must watch TV. Have to watch the seasons in binge watch mode or else I'll never finish them. The first 3 or 4 seasons of American Horror Story were excellent. Nothing much is out there that has really held my attention. Trying hard to get into Vice Principals, but it only makes me want more East Bound and Down. Ballers first season was good, haven't given the second season a shot yet.
