In all honesty Law, that is exactly what should have been done. The O'Dome was a complete dump and had not changed one bit since my student years a zillion years ago. They should have pancaked that thing along with that portion of Lemerand Dr. and made a beautiful football facility. Could have found a spot for a nice 7-8 thousand seat basketball complex elsewhere b/c we really don;t need more seats than that.

I don't know, the O Dome has always had a special place in my heart. Who didn't love opening the emergency exit and getting blasted out from the air pressure?

Remember that prior TV problem ... i.e. Rowdy Reptiles had a designated area to sit. When an overhead
camera displayed their antics the Gator Logo on the center court was upside down. So 50% of the time
TV audiences saw our Gator Logo upside down. Can you imagine if a TV network ran a commercial with
the Toyota logo upside down? Hope that's solved by UF's higher thinkers.? Put the Reptiles where when
they're spotlighted our center-court Gator Logo is right-side-up. The floor cannot be changed (it's the actual
floor that we won our last NC on). Just change the Reptiles' sit-spot. I guess they could "erase" the
old big logo and replace it with two logos top-to-top facing both sides.??
