We're high-minded. We let the chips fall the way they may and decide to go coach shopping when we've exhausted all remedies. Other programs are more premeditated in their approach. They appear more cutthroat. The fact remains, the investment is made or lost on the timing of the buy, not the sell.

Maybe we need to pay more attention to the buy.
