I no longer take joy in their losses, because we suck a$$! I think it's awkward to try to make fun of someone else's misery when our team is still worse than they are. It's like the guy that celebrates a nice play in a game, but his team is getting blown out and the winning team's players just point at the scoreboard.

Yes coaching matters, but it’s a distant second to recruiting elite talent when it comes to winning national championships.

And I keep hearing people like Brown talking about all their injuries. It's like 3-4 players in total. Give me a break. We're down close to 25% of our roster and will probably have a better record.

Urban was actually a helluva coach initially. To try and pigeonhole him as just a great recruiter is silly. But to my earlier point, look at Urban after he mentally checked out...those # 1 ranked classes didn’t amount to squat in 2010. As a matter of fact, those same players did next to nothing under Muschamp, too.

He is a great recruiter but he might be the best ever at ST. I can't think of anyone close off the top of my head. A distant second is the guy from VaTech, they were great at STs for decades but never quite as unstoppable as ours were. Teams would max protect every punt and still get them blocked.
(I guess it was Beamer himself.)
