Ladies, it is officially March, which means we are only two weeks away from your man’s most holy of holidays. March 14th is officially steak and a bj day, so don’t forget to celebrate. As this holiday is self explanatory, I will direct my question to the men: what is your preferred cut and temperature?

Beautiful!

I usually choose a thick porterhouse, but with a bj involved, I think I'll have to go with a strip. Well done, and the steak medium-rare.

Odd. I was always told it was Feb 15, as a follow on from Valentine's day.
