Bama will make a serious run at him if he's unemployed when Saban hangs it up.

Doubtful...Urban is too unstable.

But I think his ego is too large for him to sit out long.

I originally said ND or Cleveland Browns.

What a terrible look for OSU, you stood by him and took that massive black eye only to miss the playoffs and him retire at the end of the year anyways. If they had spine they would have fired him which would have earned them praise and someone else could have led them to missing the playoffs.
I would have stood by him too. He won more than 90% and beat Michigan 7 games in a row. Besides, the AD there will be glad to see him go.

He got smoked by FSU during the Ambien season of 2010.
Yes, if you want to call that season coaching. He didn't coach at all and shouldh't have been invited by Fooley to stick around, but that's a Fool for you. A guy that gave us 2 Natties in 4 years deserves the benefit of the doubt. Go Urbs.

He's not done. Maybe we can hire him. He's worth a million a year just as a recruiter. Go Urbs Go.

Don't want him except as a consultant for recruiting.

He would stay up north. I am sure OSU would offer the same.

This isn’t a shock to anyone, or at least shouldn’t be. Hell, even Colin Cowherd called this out but none of you believed him. After the way he was treated by OSU leading up to his 3 game suspension, the writing was on the wall. The drama of falling over and bending over during games, clutching his head, was calculated to support this “decision”. It was all well thought out and planned including getting Ryan Day the HC job immediately with a 5 year contract.

He’ll take next year to get back to the booth and call some games or be an Analyst. He’s not going to the NFL. He’s had multiple opportunities and turned them down. There’s only 1 gif left that he would take and it will probably be available in a year or two. We all know what that is.

Covering up for a wife beater, putting Percy Harvin in a boot (when his foot is fine, he just failed too many consecutive drug tests), and of course introducing the world to Aaron Hernandez. Plenty of blemishes if you look a little outside the lines, or care. Just saying, not a wonderful human being.
I guess UGA winning only 8 games vs UF since 1990 can put you in a very s****y mood for the past 28 years and not winning a natty in 38 years.

This would be the scene at the Gainesville Airport upon Urb's arrival:

Speaking of which, a bunch of guys in Gainesville would like Shelley back home:

I see Bama making a run at Dabo. He’s one of their own, plus he don’t come with the drama like Meyer. Honestly rather see him remain at Clemson and stay a thorn in Fsu’s side.

No, he'll be back after a year or two. When I saw his wife crying like a baby after the Michigan beatdown I figured this was his last year there.

When he started making health excuses and memory problems during the Smith debacle I knew he was done there

Classic Dooley. No inside angle, zero respect from the crowd, and a few steps behind.
He actually appears to be a troubling growth from the top of Meyer's skull. We'll just call him Arachnoid Pat from now on.
