Christmas traditions. Does anyone still send Christmas cards? I wrote a few today and will probably send about 15 or so. I had a friend at work the last few years who was a big Peanuts fan and would give me one of those type. A close friend's wife made the characters out of wood and had them in the yard for Christmas. She passed away last year and he took them to Tennessee with him. I know he just stored them somewhere. The ones she made for her mom years ago just rotted in her yard. Traditions?

Coach, sorry if the memes are degrading your intent - if you'd rather they not be here just let me know and I'll move them to the general img and post padding thread.

Planning Christmas is a bitch when your wife and 3 daughter-in-laws are the 4 biggest biotches on the planet. We can't do Christmas here because they smoke in the house, we can't do Christmas there because the house is too small, we can't do Christmas over there because they always have non family hanging around, they don't decorate so we can't have Christmas over there.

Christ let's just all stay home.

Even Christ might agree........that was funny.........
Ok my first Christmas ritual growing up.
We would go cut down a tree in the woods. Cedar. We always used those ice cycles to pitch on it after all the other decor was on. Thin strips of foil. When they came out with colored ones I thought it was amazing. But the real ritual was burning the very dry tree after new years. They would almost explode they were so flammable

I feel your pain. I spent 3 hrs on the phone with GoPro last night trying to figure out why my GoPro Hero 6 is shooting video that blurry.

We do Christmas cards. Well, my wife does. But it’s pretty easy these days with companies like Shutterfly. You upload a few pics to their site, lay them out with all their pre-canned templates, hit buy.... then 3 days later all your custom Christmas cards show up at to mail out.

We hang them up as they come in:

Having said that, we’re kinda twisted. All our friends and family do the most amazing photos on their cards. We like to do “real” life. This was our pic from many moons ago:
