He is/was neither a booster or alumni. He has publicly stated that he gave money to players. No death penalty for UM based on Uncle Luke, unless he becomes a booster, alumni, or other tangible association besides fan.

They could get them on the famous "lack of institutional control." The idea being that if it was systemic the administration should have known and that should have acted.
