I said in a thread many weeks ago. Kelly would lose in the playoff and there would be lots of interest for him (again) in the NFL. He wants to try the NFL.

Why the hell would there be interest in that stiff in the NFL? Is there one thing he does well?

For whatever reasons, NFL teams like the guy and think he’d be good.

Tampa Bay Times reporting the Bucs "don't appear to be focused on Kelly."

It still won't matter who coaches the Suckaneers. Rapeis Winston will have him fired sooner than later.

I don't know if he'll be good in the NFL, but I do see why teams have interest. He has no where near the talent of the elite teams at ND but has been fairly consistent, making the playoff once and the NC game on another occasion. His average class ranking is 12, which isn't terrible but also isn't likely to win any titles, especially if Alabama and Clemson are the teams you have to go through.

I'm not debating whether his teams belonged in those games. But he was there and has generally had success at a very visible place with known disadvantages. I don't like him, but like Harbaugh at Stanford, I can see why some think he'd be a fit where there's much more of a level playing field talent-wise.

If Urbans brain was that big of issue I doubt he would be riding in the first car of a rollercoaster like the video I saw this week.

I only think I know what has been reported, you might be correct.
