@ltraz, here ya go. This is from his senior season. Henry is 78. The game begins about 36 minutes into the video. Save you a little time.

He's a composite 5 star on 247. I think he's perfect for the Percy position. I don't know if landing Mark-Antony Richards would mess with our chances with this kid or not. Jarrett is a legit player and I really hope we can land him.

MAR is a legit player too though...can’t pass on a legit player this year for fear it hurts next year.

This notion that slayton should play on the oline is retarded. Who the hell is gonna play on the interior dline? We don't have the freakin bodies to that and we'll be even slimmer. Also, we just signed 7 olinemen. We're not gonna start pulling guys from the thinnest part of our roster. Pull your heads out of your asses.

Taggelwain still killing it on recruiting trail. :lol2:

"Florida State’s search for a quarterback continues. With only three weeks remaining until National Signing Day, the FSU staff is still looking to sign their first high school quarterback since Willie Taggert has arrived at FSU, over a year ago."

FSU's options at quarterback are limited

Mullen has already signed 2 in that time.

Interesting that the author doesn't seem to think they have a shot at Hurts. Usually those guys act like everyone wants to be a Nole. I guess reality is setting in for their professional pumpers. I particularly enjoyed some of the comments. Thanks for the link.

From other positions, sure. Some dudes at LB and S I can think of. But I don’t see anyone being gone off the o-line. The few guys I’d process out also graduate next season. So, what’d be the point?

I'm thinking at least T.J. McCoy (only played sparingly last year) and Jean Delance (transfer that doesn't appear to have worked out) are probably gone. Nick Villano was a feel good story last offseason but not realistically going to contribute on the line. We lost 3 to graduation and one to the draft. It seems to me that coaching staff felt like they would need to replace 7-8, so that fits with what we see above.

Agree. Anyone paying attention to our recruiting and our roster knows we can't afford to move a DT over to the OL. Sure, Slaton could play OG....but he's been playing DT for 2+ years now and we have plenty of OGs.

On Elam: LSU DB coach Corey Raymond is staying at LSU (not taking the UGA job).

You know one of those 3 QBs that were committed to Georgia, John Rhys Plumlee (from Hattiesburg, MS) took an official visits to Mississippi State and will also visit Ole Miss and Miami. Something tells me he will stay in Mississippi.

The 3rd QB commit is Stetson Bennett, a 2-star JUCO transfer. He transferred to JUCO after being a walk-on at UGA. For some reason they like him and offered him a scholarship out of the JUCO. Very, very, very rarely do you see 3 QBs in one class. Bennett knows he has no future as a QB and will likely end up a Grad Assistant and become a football coach down the road. Plumlee is a good QB....but Ole Miss (2 QB commits) and MSU (1 QB) have a QB already in their 2019 class as well. He probably ends up UGA.

Maybe he does or maybe he does not. Maybe he goes to Miami.

That would be nice....anything that hurts UGA. They also screwed him w/ the last second offer to the OSU commit, Mathis. Mathis is higher rated (Plumlee is a 3-star). But since most QBs have already signed he could have his choice of several schools.

That's why he's looking around.

He was to be a gray shirt at UGa from what I read. If he switches maybe he will start a trend of kids not going for gray shirting. The plus for UF would be if it catchs on with some of the U A L DL commitments who are rumored to have been asked to gray shirt.

Alabama LB Mack Wilson declared for the draft, bringing the total to 7 the number of Alabama juniors who have declared early. Good news is they lose the talent...bad news is that's another extra spot for their class.

He plays both OT and OG in HS.
As an OT he gets back in his stance very quickly, his hands are active, his footwork very sound. In the running game he is very aggressive and tries to pancake the guy. He gets to the second level on time and is very solid on the double teams. The only thing that I could fault him is that when his side of the OL is not involved in the play he follows the play slower than I would like.
He's 6'5" 320 but does not seem to have a lot of bad weight. Now when I say he could start for us it is because he is pretty well coached for a HS kid and if I am not mistaken they run a zone blocking scheme. It does not mean he will start but that I don't see a lot of holes in his game. Maybe he needs some S&C but from a technique, desire, aggressiveness standpoint he does not seem to need a lot of coaching.
Hevesy really likes him.
