Florida has shown more “want it” this game. Maybe their best total game of the season.

HUUUUGGEE win. Potential season changing W.

Good job Coach White. Gotta give credit where it’s due, and this is one of those times for sure.

Well I went to the second Butler game, but this was a nice effort. Rather than want to I would say UF found what they could do against U A L and did not go away from that when there was a rough patch in the second half.

It would be nice to get Locke going again sometime soon.

Yes! Great defense for 40 minutes and solid offensive execution/ball movement for about 34-35 of those minutes. Took the air out of the gym with an aggressive start and kept the gap behind Nembhart, KJ and late offense from Allen to seal the deal.

Florida wins 71-53!!!! Nembhard had 21 pts on 9-9 shooting and 1-1 at the line. Keyontae has 14 pts and 13 rebounds. Allen stepped up score all 6 of his 2md half pts down the stretch. Locke was off all game again..if we get those performances and Locke gets healthy and nailing 3pters again...we could be good. Hudson stepped up with his overall game, not so much shooting though lol. Great road win!!!!!! Let's duplicate the perfomance at LSU next

Great win. Hope they bring this intensity the rest of the year. Great game by KJ and Nembhard not missing a shot is impressive.

Allen had about five minutes of good offense, but what I liked the most is that he didn't force the action and freeze the ball just to be scorer. It led to good offensive rhythm and flow and allowed Nemb to get cooking, too.

It is hard to believe, but we actually have a shot at making the tourney.

Down to six game:

at LSU Wednesday
UMo, next Saturday
at Vandy, a week from Wednesday
UGa, a week from next Saturday
LSU, the last Wednesday of the regular season
at UK, the last Saturday of the regular season

So IF UF somehow goes 4-2 to get to 18-13, would that be enough. After today's game UF jump 29 in Kenpom. UF was 40 in the NCAA NET metric before the game today. IF UF finishes 4-2, the metrics would be there and UF would necessarily have one more big win against either LSU or UK to get to 4-2, but the record is spotty. UF could easily go 2-4 down the stretch.

My whole gator basketball mindset now is all about meshing the young fellas we have now with the new ones coming next year. I would love to see them take this game and play well down the stretch. But our shooting has been to hit or miss (no pun intended).

Great game today . Andrew and Kevaughn were very good. Johnson continue to perform well . We need to play like this every ball game

Very enjoyable game. Led from buzzer to buzzer and responded to a couple of runs down the stretch. Showed some fight. Hopefully we close out the regular season strong and build some confidence.

I gotta find the time to get to Gville for one of the remaining home games.

I think it would be. Certainly need a split with LSU.
